Had a great stay. Ohan the name of waiter made our stay the best,I didn't like being pestered every second by the bald guy from the spa,he wouldn't leave me alone offering a massage for an expensive price even when I kept saying no leave me alone. It also wasn't explained to me how to use the drop down tv in my room(didn't get to use)or about the PlayStation either in room. But as I said ohan the waiter was the most me and my family have been talking about and how we miss his welcoming every day

Good hotel to book if you have young childen

I would say that the hotel is overpriced for the services rendered. i guess it is because of it's location to the theme parks which had several rides down for repairs - even the food cour was closed. Dilara in the front desk was helpful in sorting a matter and Muhammet Salli went beyod the call fo duty to assist us
